Meet our Staff!
I started as the director here at Living Christ Preschool in October 2017. I received my undergraduate degree in Secondary Education from Concordia University Wisconsin and I completed my Masters in Curriculum & Instruction for Early Childhood Education from Concordia University Portland. My husband and I enjoy living in Madison with all of the places for hiking, camping, and exploring nearby. We frequently take our puppy for walks around the lake and the capitol square.
I am Sisca Bolling and I teach in the 3's classroom. I grew up in Indonesia, where I had a chance to lead youth ministry in college and at church. I also taught the Indonesian language to US college students. In 2003, I came to Madison where I studied and got my Masters degree from UW-Madison, while teaching and working at the Indonesian Language Program. In 2015, I started to work at Living Christ Preschool. As church member at Living Christ, my husband and I have been helping with the Sunday School program.
With our two children, currently 5 & 8 yrs old, we like to travel, cook, garden, bike, hike, play board games, or do any other fun things together.
I am Amanda Kane, I work as one of the lead teachers in the Infant Room. I'm a recent graduate from UW Madison with a degree in Biology. I am originally from the Green Bay area and have been in Madison for the last 4 years. My parents live in Green Bay and my sister is a senior at UW Green Bay. I am enjoying working with the children at Living Christ and helping them to learn as much as they can about Christ and friendship.
I am Tina Niesen and I joined Living Christ Preschool 2's classroom in November 2017. I came from an administrative position in an after-school program. However, I missed working with children, as I had been able to do the 10 years previously as a teacher at a local early learning center. I love the outdoors and go camping, hiking, biking, and fishing with my husband, Ben, and our three children, Noah, Olivia, and Brianna. In my free-time I volunteer at my children's school, lead two different Girl Scout troops, and spend time in my vegetable garden. I am thankful to spend each day working with your children, helping them develop new skills, and watching them grow.
I am Gayathri Senthil and I am one of the Lead teachers in the One-Year-Old classroom. I completed my Bachelors in Nutrition and Dietetics and then I did a certification course in Special Education in Early childhood. I always love to be with children because I see God in each one of them. Also, they are the future of our world and being a part of their growth makes me so happy and complete. I have been married for eleven years and have two lovely boys. In my spare time I like to listen to music,
cook, and play crazy games with my children.
I am Lizzy Huncosky, I work as one of the teachers in the 3's classroom as of February 2019. I was born and raised in Madison, WI and have been a member here at Living Christ Church my entire life. I recently graduated from UW-Platteville with a degree in Elementary Education/Early Childhood Education. In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my fiance/family/friends, running, traveling, and spending time outdoors. I am excited to continue this journey with your children and teach them about God's love.
I am currently the Lead 3's teacher at Living Christ Preschool, and have worked here for three years. I hold a Bachelor's degree from Western Illinois University and continue to further my studies in Early Childhood.
Personally, I grew up in northern Wisconsin, but now call Madison my home. I am married and have four sons. In my spare time I enjoy traveling, sewing, rug weaving, and reading.
